My New Wireless Print Server

Given we had to do some IT infrastructure rearrangement because of the ever-weakening SCV signal, our original print server (Linux box) had to be moved up to the attic. However, I didn't want to move the printer up to the attic as well as that would make collecting the print outs very troublesome (you should see where the server is now located).

So, I sent Shanny to buy a wireless print server and she got the Linksys one. I had to set it up though - took me almost 2 hours given that the documentation wasn't very complete (no where was it written I had to unplug the power and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back again in order to activate the wireless link - sigh!)

Anyway, it's working great now - I can even print from the Internet by sending an email to the email address, which I won't reveal of course.
